Welcome to the brand new Kensington bar & restaurant. After completing a total revamp, inside and out, we believe The Kensington now offers the customer a variety of choices for all occasions. With a fantastic location, friendly staff to look after you, and an atmosphere second to none, we are here to please.
The Kensington is located in South Dunedin, at 4 King Edward St, overlooking the Oval Park. Established originally back in 1915, as The Kensington, the bar has had many a facelift and name change. We have strived to maintain it, with as much originality as possible with the existing shell, lovely old windows, wooden flooring upstairs and stunning stairwell remaining in place
