What an absolute let down!!!
Used to be a great place to drink, sing karaoke and hang out with friends... but now they have a grumpy old manager with a massive ego and a bad attitude.
They like to ban people who have been drinking there for 20 years for no reason at all.
The venue is outdated and the staff have no hospitality skills at all. If you like the gaming machines only, than this is the place for you. Don't expect anything else.

It happened on two weeks ago, Nov. 15th 2019 night.I gave $300(6 of $50 notes) to the young girl bar tender to do some change for pokie machine. she quickly took my money and gave me $200 with $20 notes with a returned $50 note.I counted the money in front of her and politely said it's only $250 here,she responded coldly its 250. I repeated 3 times its $300 which I just cashed out from ATM, and 100% sure it been counted $300 few times when I stand there waiting for change. She didn't even go back to the till and check, just repeated it's $250 impatiently. I knew there is no point to argue, so I left my phone number, said if you could check camera or till after close, it could be appreciated. she took my number and said will check the money and give me a call tomorrow morning, then i left and waiting for her call next day.I went back two days later until i still not received any phone call from her.It was another female bar tender, I told her what happening on friday night, she saved my number and promised definitely will call me next day, but a week passed, still no response.so i went there the third times a week later, and did the same stupid thing and waiting for a happy ending, until now nobody contact me, which makes me soooo disapoointed.I feel ashamed with the staff with no responsibility, no care about what they did wrong, no report to manager or owner to resolve custmer complain.why should i pay for your mistake and how do i know if it was you put the money on your own pocket? whatever now, I will never ever go back and want to remind people be careful when their bar tenders touch your money
