About Off the Square Hotel:
Most of two thirds of the buildings in Christchurch central city area have to be demolished from the effects of the Earthquake. The Mayfair part of Hotel Off The Square is being rebuilt. It is not possible at present to determine when the hotel can trade again. Probably in the first quarter 2013.
